Slightly more than a beginners class, participants will reinforce combat skills learned in fundamentals and fitness with a deeper knowledge and understanding of defensive skills and striking. Class includes full body workout through proper form, technique, fight tactics and drills, and light contact sparring. Mouthguards and shin guards are required for participation.
Participants ranging from Teens to adults 80+ will learn proper body function, elasticity, and overall functionality through cardio, weightlifting and strength & conditioning. Specializing in joint and ligament reinforcement as well and muscle toning and building.
1 hour adaptive boxing workout for teens and young adults on the autism spectrum. This class provides an outlet for social and communication skill building, improves executive function and motor planning, development of muscle done and core strength, as well as improving balance, coordination, and sensory processing.
A specially curated boxing based fitness class taught by a certified instructor that meets the fitness needs for all levels and stages to decrease and slow down the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Increase power, range of motion/movement, coordination, confidence, and overall health and wellness.
