This 90 minutes three time per week workout is a collaboration between instructor and class attendees. The group focuses on skill development in this original fighting style of defense from Thailand, that uses elbow strikes, knees, hard leg kicks and various strike combinations. Many of the club members, including the leaders, are professional fighters… although experience is not required. Novices are welcome, but be prepared to show a high level of commitment and dedication.
