Students who kick-box will develop great core strength and ripped abs.

Our instructors are professionals who have dedicated their lives to meeting & overcoming physical challenges, developing skills, preparing for completions, and sharpening their mental focus; impart these lesions to their students. The results of punching and kicking a 160 pound heavy bag for an hour on a regular basis can burn up to 1,000 calories. Not only will this strengthen your arms, shoulders and back muscles, but in time you will develop ripped abs and stronger legs.
