Before & After Transformations
The member in the photos dropped 60 pounds over the course of the year by attending 3 classes a week (mostly kickboxing) and augmenting her workout with off day walks and running at a local high school track.
This members joined BBKA in April of 2018 and over the course of 18 months (without dieting) dropped 20 pounds and completely reshaped her body.
Her success came from attending regular classes (3-5 classes per week), and progressing from no previous experience to participating in amateur fights with other area gyms. Her dedication to learning kickboxing and boxing skills are the secret. This members went from novice beginner to an intermediate students over the same 18 month period.
